Yep thats me! I go to the gym, but probably only like 2 days a week. And I have no self-control when it comes to eating. I like foods that are not healhty and I can't help it!!! Tonight, I am starting to eat healthy. I would like to lose 15 pounds and keep it off!!!!

Maybe a gym buddy would help motivate you to go???

i used to be great about eating healthy and working out. Ever since the wedding ive been bad. I said i am gonna eat what i want so i did it kind of on purpose but now i have gained weight so i really need to motivate myself again. Nothing is fitting me

ive had to watch what i eat and work out for a while now, a few years so it was nice to take a break. But now hate the results of it

YES! i was on a kick for a while and i lost like 10-12lbs, but after a work trip to australia (that i lost weight during bc of the bad food) and being EXHAUSTED after that i have had trouble being motivated. but i told FH that tomorrow is a NEW DAY!!! i'll let you know how it goes!!

after i put my dress on, even though it was GORGEOUS and amazingly flattering, i am MOTIVATED!!!

Ok cool good to know I am not alone!!!

I have had some medical issues that have not been helping me get the weight off... but mainly the issue is my mouth!!!!

I sooooo LOVE FOOD!!!!! and hate the gym..... i have put on a good 50-60 pounds in the last year and a half!!!!

its so annoying!!!! I want to look supa fly and fit in my dress!!!!but its not enough!!!! I gotta get cracking on this!!

We should all do daily check ins!!!see if that works!!

I've been having a hard time getting to the gym because of work, class, and my internship. I have to try to schedule it in. But, by the time I get home from all of that I am exhausted or have school work to do.

oh i dont lol, and its sad bc last night we had to go to dinner for a friends bday. Seriously, hardly anything fit me anymore it was bad lol. But thank you, i am sure you look fabulous.

The hardest part is starting it, once you get into a routine for about 2 weeks it becomes easy. DH said hes gonna start working out and eating healthy after softball season, so i just said ok ill start then too. Then he signed up for snowflake softball so hes playing until november i have to start without him.

this will help you. I did this on the 08 boards a while back. Did the getting in shape for wedding(had to throw in wedding in the thread so they didnt move my thread to NWR haha) and did daily check ins. It worked bc you would see others working out and doing good and you didnt want to post saying 'ahhh i did nothing' it makes you feel like a slacker to see others doing it and youre not. YOu want to post your accomplishments and show your motivation. So it did help out

Re: Is anyone else having

I just started WW again yesterday (stealth tho) - I find that I do worse when my FH and family and friends ask everyday how it is going and 'are you supposed to eat that... ... I have set myself goals - My dress should be in around Christmas.. I have a few months to get where I need to be..

I've been slacking all summer and now.
So I decided to borrow my gf's Tony Horton's Power 90...90 days to buff up...it's worked in the past and its only like 30 minutes a day (except you have to do it about 5 days a week). My dress comes in Jan so I want to start shedding the extra pounds before then.

Is that that PX90 or whatever that has the infomercial?

I kept saying 'I need to lose weitht... I can start tomorrow. Well, tomorrow came and went plenty of times... Once I finally ordered my dress, that put me in a whole new game park. Now I'm down 13lbs in just 2 weeks... only from eating healthy. I am starting CKO gym next week.

Yes it is! But it's the less extreme version...I think I would have to be in great physical shape before starting the P90X...for now i'm sticking to just the P90 lol. It really does work though...like extreme results...completely shapes your body. I broke my leg a few yrs ago and I was on bed rest for about 3-4 mths...gained 15 lbs!!!! So I used P90 to get my leg in shape and lose the weight. I loss that and much more and strengthened my leg as well. It worked for me!
