Is anyone else having an Interfaith wedding?

I'm Catholic, my FH is Jewish. Having trouble getting a Roman Catholic Priest to co-officiate w/ Rabbi. We plan to have our ceremony and reception at the same site. Any ideas? Thanks and Happy Holidays all!
