The phone rang once today...and it was my DH!!! LOL

yes! i work for the govt, so they never let us out, but i just emailed my boss to see if i can leave at 3:30.

Yes, me!! Arrgh, I am getting out at 3:30 though, how stupid though, we should have been out of here already, there is NOTHING going on!!!!

I am here too - when the new office manager asked one of the owners if we close early on NYE, the response was something to the effect of

'Gees, we were closed last week for Christmas. We need to get working around here.'

I should add that we were closed only on christmas - it could read that we were close all week. that will never happen - lol

There is talk of possibly going home early.They will get back to us. I normally go home in an hour and a half so they better hurry with the decision.

Sue - that sounds like my office. They sometimes walk around about 20 minutes before closing and dismiss us like we are school and expect us to be oh so grateful that they did

Christine,thats exactly what they do.We work until 5:30 and sometimes they will let us go at like 5:15 and expect us to be so grateful.
The phone hasn't rang in 2 hours.The world is home.
