Fh is going back to Brooklyn to his mom's house. I will be getting ready at our house, and the rest at the catering hall. I will have my sister and my best friend staying here over night. We will see each other for the first time when we sign the Jewish Wedding Contract.

Jennbaby ... that's what I did. I sent him home to his mom's in SI for the week (although he was out every day doing wedding errands) b/c I wanted time alone b/f we got married. The week b/f was so stressful that I was exhausted by Fri & I was glad to be in my own bed that night. I was going to have my BM's stay over, but in the end we decided that it would be too tempting to stay up and talk. So we met up in the am at my Mom's to get ready. It was definitely the best sleep I'd had ... probably since we got engaged!!

I didn't want him seeing me until those church doors opened ... and boy was it worth it. The look on his face was priceless!!!

T- if you're more comfortable, though, being together, then do it that way. Some girls do, there was a thread about it earlier ... or meeting b/f the ceremony for pic's is nice also. It can be a very intimate moment.

We originally planned to, but I have to be up at 5AM, and he doesn't need to be up before 8AM, so now we'll stay in separate room in the hotel, so that he can have his peace while I dress and do hair, etc.

My sister (MOH) and I stayed at our mom's house the night before the wedding and DH stayed at the hotel where we were spending the wedding night. It sort worked out to be really convenient that way with checking into the hotel and my mom asked if I would leave from her place.
