We are, but we haven't booked anything yet. The quotes that we're seeing are in the $800-$1000 range for 50+ passengers.

no because you can't ride a bus on the parkways so they would need to take truck routes....

We had two limos shuttle our guests that were staying at the hotel back there after the wedding. I rented 2 white 10 passenger minos for 9 hours each and paid like 1,100 ....what a steal......

We're going to get a bus or limos for our guests - we have too many out of towners. (nd too many drinkers at the reception!0 to worry about driving around LI. I haven't started pricing anything yet, though.

I plan on shuttling guests to and from hotel, have to wait and see approx. how many people before I can book.

My limo driver talked me out of it!!!

I've been using him for a long time (airport, etc) , so he does not try to sell me any extras. We had our ceremony and reception at the same place. I originally wanted a bus from the reception to the OOT hotel. He said that he has done that many times and the bus has been empty b/c people just get rides or whatever. My DH and I decided that if anyone was totally loaded, they could come in the limo with us. But people carpooled and there was no issue at all.

We are getting a school bus to go back and forth. It's kind of fun!!!!!

Me too.... the Wingate (the hotel I'm using) provides free shuttle service for ewvery 15 rooms we get. it's only a 14 passenger van though, so we are going to ask that only our overseas guests who do not have vehichles here obviously to have priority.... everyone else should be able to carpool.

We are getting a shuttle. We have a lot of guests coming from Ireland and we don't want to have to worry who is carpooling with who.
