is anyone going to the 'girls night out' at fortunoffs?

i got an email about a girls night out at fortuoffs on thiurday sep 20. it sounds like they are going to have some good stuff there (wedding stuff) i RSVPed. just curious if anyone else is going!

I'm not going...but I went to one in July I think and it wasn't what I thought it was going to be. They had tables set up throughout the store and you just walk around to what you want to see. I was expecting more?

I keep hearing about this but I never look into it, how does it work? Do you know what happens there, exactly?

I went to two. Nothing really 'happens' there. There are various booth throughout the store- cake, favors, hair, dj, etc. You enter yourself into a raffle for a chance at various prizes. last time I won a box of godiva and a manicure gift certificate. they give away stuff like a mixer, bowls, etc. At the end of the night the brides get a care package with coupons, nail polish, t-shirt or visor, nail files, etc. It can be fun if meeting up with a group of people, Last time we went to cheesecake and went to fortunoff in time for the drawings.

they do have giveaways at the end of the night before its over...they were pretty good prizes...i dunno i just wasnt impressed....and yes u gotta get there early there are a lof of ladies there!

it works exactly how ama1771 said it...booths set up all around the store you walk around, taste some samples, last time i got a so-s0 manicure but an awesome massage (it was only a few minutes) but its ok...nothing 'that' exciting...i went with two of my bridesmaids....if you havent gone you should check it out...its not something I would go to again though, i think all you need is one time
