i really want to get this as a surprise for FH (hopefully he doesnt lurk and find out!)
my question is, when are you going to have the roller guy come?
we're still undecided if we're adding the extra viennese hour. do you think its ok for him to be there for the cocktail hour? im just nervous that people are going to take their cigars and smoke outside during our CH (which is inside) should i even care?

we were going to have one.... during the CH we dont mind ppl being outside you figure alot of ppl during this time will be outside anyway.
But we might just get a box with our labels on them and see if we can have some one hand them out and cut them for our guest.
We might just do that due to money...

Was going to have one during VH. We'll see how the budget is closer to the date. I did read where one of the brides on here bought the cigars and had them arranged nicely on a table. That's my other option. I know Costco carries good ones!

yes but we didnt add the extra hour...(too much extra $) So the last hour of the party will have the vh stuff and we will have the roller (if we ever book it!!)

Thats a great idea!!!!! I was holding off on the cigar roller for a bit b/c of the budget, but that is a great idea!!! I will be sharing that with FH for sure!

Im having one!! he's setting up during cake cutting so he'll be ready to go through the vh! hes there for like an hour and a half

i think its a great idea, if fh smoked cigars i would do it. i would definitely leave it for the end, you don't want all the guys going outside smoking and then come back in smelling like a bunch of smoke. - jmo

Just a FYI for everyone...my FFIL owns a cigar shop and we can probably get you a good deal on cigars (minus the roller)

I would do it towards the end of the night...if you do at the beginning I'd be afraid that the room would smell of cigars the entire night.
