I'm right there with you!! I think a lot of us feel the wrath of the FMIL during planning. My moto has become... 'just smile and nod'..then do what you want!

Haaa.. mine too.. and she freaked out when i told her my photographer was digital... she doesnt know how to use her digital camera and takes not good pics so automatically she assumed i was clueless and making wronge decisions!... and started freaking out over whether or not i get proofs... and yes i do i get 4x6 proofs w/o any water marks! and i am getting all RAW images.. most places don't do that or make you wait 3 yrs or something! and she started demanding her family portrait at the church instead of the hall like FH and i already planned out!.. we are skipping a recieving line to get Fh and my pics done asap so we have the time at the end to do family before cocktail hr and so we can greet our guests at cocktail hr!... second if she wanted a family portrait dress them all up and take 'em to sears!... we are doing family photos.. not portraits! she has 3 minutes to get a coupls snaps that is it!... i think i am going to hire a DOC to keep her under control and to be the one to tell her enough is enough!
