Is anyone having their reception at the maine maid inn?

I looked at the website and the prices are really good. can you tell me more about it.
it's for our renewal. tIA

I went to a bridal shower there. I wouldn't think it would be a good place for a renewal, but that's JMO.

Snapper Inn
The Gatsby
Riverview
Captain Bills

I just don't think it's 'nice' enough. And I thought the food was just ok. I think they you could find a nicer place at a comparable price. But again, it's just my opinion. Go check it out - you may love it!

I agree. To me, it seemed like a regular, average restaurant. I'd never imagine that they could do a wedding. Maybe a REALLY small affair.

And, when DH and I looked at the regular dinner menu, they did seem a little steep for what was offered

I went to a 40th birthday party there.
I thought it was nice for that event, but I wouldn't have my wedding or vow renewal there. It didn't have enough of the wow factor.
