I was going to let my BM accompany me, but I thought it was unfair to her, who would she know, who would she talk to??? That is why I think its an excellent idea that its girls only

It should be ONLY us. FH, DH, or friends for that matter will not understand the bonds and friendships that have formed on this board.

I would never bring a friend (who is not already on this board) to the GTG. They would not understand the 'inside' jokes or our friendships. I am driving with Cindy, but I do know Claud and Stef too. So I am not really going alone since I have friends who will be there.

Well actually my mom is coming with me, b/c she is my ride and it's too far for her to go back and forth. She is like my best friend and I'm always talking to her about LIweddings, so she does understand the type of 'bond' we LIweddings ladies have. I hope you all don't mind that she's coming.
