Is anyone not wearing . . .

bridal shoes?

I'm thinking of not getting bridal shoes. I'm a big shoe person and dunno if I want bridal shoes. Was thinking of somthing different/funky.

I spent a lot of money on bridal shoes. They were flat and comfy but I did change out into the slippers I supplied for my guests so that was $180 down the toilet. Why not go for a silver or gold metallic shoe that you would at least be able to wear many times after?

I wore hot bridal shoes, but as Lesli put it - it was 180 bucks down the toilet as well - I wore them down the aisle, then wanted to be comfortable so I changed into white rhinestone skecher sneakers.... I was sooo happy!

Im not wearing ' BRIDAL SHOES' I got a hot pair of white stilleto pumps from Bakers and i will be bale to wear them after the wedding too.

I am wearing $30 slipper shoes that I got. FH isn't much taller than me and wants to be taller on our wedding day so it made my decision easier!

I figure I'll be standing a lot so I want to be comfy.

My friend wore flip flops and im thinking of ballet slippers. Noone ever sees your shoes anyways!

White Keds here - have horrible feet and ankles and cannot tolerate heels or pumps. I tried the bridal slippers, and they were way too flat for me - and after one hour for a dress fitting they started to dig into my achilles area and were leaving a red mark. So - it's back to basic Keds for me! Comfort over looks - that's my theory!
