I am registered at Macy's and Williams-Sonoma but we thought we might also register at Fortunoff for bedding and bath stuff. Is that too many places?

Re: Is anyone registered @ 3 places?
We registered at 5 places (b/c we also registered for wine) - we've received gifts from all 5 registries. It doesn't seem to have been a problem at all.

I think 3 places are just fine. I registered 3 places - Fortunoff's, Macy's and local store.
I registered at Fortunoffs, Macys and Mikasa in Riverhead. Our china and crystal are there for cheaper than the dept stores so we figured there are enough local people who would be glad to go to Tanger instead of trekking up to the mall or Nassau county.

Re: Is anyone registered @ 3 places?
I'm registered at four places
Fortunoff Bed Bath & Beyond Crate and Barren Bloomingdales
and we might add one or 2 items from Tiffany
so I say 3 is perfectly fine!

We registered at Fortunoff, Macys and Bed Bath and Beyond. We switched a lot of things because they were cheaper at one place plus at macys and bed bath and beyond you can use coupons so that should make those buying gifts very happy.

Re: Is anyone registered @ 3 places?
We registered at Fortunoff (mainly) Bed bath and Beyond (had some houseware selections we didn't find at fortunoff, but haven't scoured the place yet) and Lenox.com, because it's the only place I cna find all of the Judaic stuff such as lenos seder plate, challah plate and knife and mezuzah case. Same with our cake topper, I can't find it in any store
we did 3. We are at Crate and Barrel, Fortunoff's and Bed Bath and Beyond.
I figure its easier for all our families. (We have some family in Brooklyn and going to a BBB maybe a lot easier for them then Fortunoff's)
We registered for some items duplicate times because one place may have it cheaper then another

Re: Is anyone registered @ 3 places?
I think 3 is a good amount, but personally, I wouldn't do more than that. I'm only registered at Fortunoff and BBB. I wouldn't mind having a registry at a store with more electronics.
