zanix? I have major panic attacks. I don't know how to get through the chuch without taking a zanix? Please help!!!!!

i'm worred about having a panic attack too. i don't take medication ever but i could probably use it that day (or a shot of whiskey!). honestly, i'm just hoping for the best- i'll try to talk myself out of it.

I will be sure to have something for the day of my wedding. Not only do I have severe panick attacks, I also have IBS. I really do want to be standing at the alter and have to excuse myself to run to the bathroom. That has to be the only thing scaring me about my wedding.... How my stomach will handle the day.

ME TOO!!! I have IBS.. Im TOTALLY Freaking out about it. Its one of the reasons im having a afternoon wedding.. so I'll have no food.
and I am carefully choosing the menu.. I have drugs to help.. but im planning on seeing a specialist see if I can get stronger stuff
