All I can say is that I've loved it even since I saw it in a magazine, and I loved it the minute I tried it on...

ETA: I ordered it from Netbride. The cap sleeves are detachable, or you dont have to order it with them at all .. but I'm a big fan of sleeves so I got it with them . I'll post pics of my first fitting when I have it

About ordering from netbride - how does that work? Did you try it on in a salon, decide you like it and then order it from netbride? Where do you get your alterations/fittings done? What salon did you go to to try it on?

No problem about the questions, hon .. I know how excited I was when I saw it also!

Yes there is a train, but it is a short train .. I think it is called 'sweep' and it doesn't have a LOT of design on it, but it was just what I wanted . Below I will post a pic of the back of this dress..you hardly ever see the back posted so I though you might like to see it. ANd yes , the purse is included also!

As for Netbride, you email them the style number/designer and they send you back a quote. But first I tried the dress on at a bridal salon to make sure it was 'the one' (of course then I lied at the salon and said I hated it, because I knew I would be ordering from Netbride.. LOL) The savings are HUGE when you order online (at least $300 less than the salon quoted me!!)

I live in Westchester, so I tried it on a salon in White Plains. If you go to the Maggie Sottero website they will list the salons in Long Island that carry her dresses ..

Also on the bridesave.com website, they have a better description of the Felicity dress.. I would have ordered from them, but Netbride's quote was MUCH better than even Bridesave! Here is the link:

This is such a coincidence.
My girlfriend who is getting married in December had bought a dress from David's a while back and already had it in her house when she calls me this past Thursday and tells me that she hates the dress and doesn't want it no way no how (it was very old fashioned / traditional 80's)

Anyhow, I took her dress shopping Friday evening and she bought Felicity and now she's thrilled.
