making some of your vendors sign some form about church rules??? etc. Now i have to go back to my photographer and limo company so they can sign these forms and then bring the papers back to the church & have a meeting about the rules.... so annoying....

I got these too! There is one for every vendor and a few additional that I have to sign about not throwing anything outside the church.

My Church told me the same thing. They said I have to set up meetings for my photgrpaher/videographer and limo company as well. There are certain guidelies they have to follow.
