We like the Titanium band especially since I heard it's a stronger metal than gold. Is that true?
I was just worried that it can't be cut off if needed to(god forbid).
What do you think?

FH got one...
there was just a post on BHB that it is possible to get it cut off in case of an emergency...

on all titanium bands (as far as i was told) there is a little area that is gold so that it can be cut off in case of emergency. fh got one..and he loves it...so him...but thats personal preference and what will be best for your fh

FH was thinking about it, but our jeweler strongly adavised against it. We went with white gold instead.

Yes, my FH got a Titanium band. He really likes it because its lightweight. Yes, it definitely can be cut off in an emergency. It can't be resized though, if he needs another size in the future, he'll have to get a new ring. I wasn't thrilled about this, but he had his heart set on titanium, so what could I do? Its also very inexpensive, I think his ring was like $150 or something like that.

I brought FH both. He's a plumber so i didn't want him wearing his nice band to work. He has white gold with diamonds for when he's not working.

My FH's wedding band is Titanium. He never wears jewelry and it was the one that was most comfortable on his hand. He's also very rough on his hands so he wanted something that could withstand that. It's very lightweight and looks great. The jeweler ordered it for him in his size...I have to pick it up tonight!

DH has one...hes definitely not a jewelery guy, so he loved how lightweight the titanium is... and he thinks it looks ' hot'- because its black- hes gotten a lot of compliments on it.... also, hes an engineer, so he has classes on different metals and materials, and he said that titanium can be cut off in an emergency.....
