so my MOH and my other best friend have been in several weddings each and have quite an assortment of BM dresses.....i really dont want them to drop another 300 bucks on a dress that they'll never wear again.......do you think its totally insane to do black tealength BM dresses and have them either wear a sash or jewelry in hot pink/oranges that will match the flowers????
i know black is totally acceptable now, but usually its a winter color......is it tacky for the summer??? i'm thinking jim hjelm occassions dresses so at least their very fancy, not just a plain old black cocktail dress
he gives me butterflies

Dont worry my mom has been making faces at EVERYTHING I mention for the wedding!!
Black is great bc you can wear it anytime and im sure your BP will wear them again.
Just a thought if you were gonna use chocolate brown, you could always have the girls in chocolate brown dresses with a different color sash and have that sash color match the guys vests.
yay!!!! i'm not the only one!!!! mom just needs to smile and says that sounds great sometimes!!! hehehe its ok, FH and i do what we want anyway.....its our weddings, we have to pay for and look at the pictures for the rest of our lives =) besides the fact that i dont even have a sister to wear a BM dress so its not like she has to have family portraits she has to look at.....thank you!!! =)

My mom had a rainbow wedding which I believe was very popular circa 1979-1980's. Every once in awhile we see a BPin rainbow colors and she gets all excited like see im still cool and what not.
