Is Ciao Baby in Commack ok for RD
Or do you think it will be too busy on a Thursday night!? I love the place, but can't decide if it's right for the RD.

I love that place! Food is so good. But it does get loud. Depends on the atmosphere you are looking for.

I don;t know that place-- but how many people are you inviting? I recommend getting a private room somewhere. It's always nicer since a lot of people take the opportunity to say something then- and youhad out wedding party gifts, etc.

find out about the kareoke first...last time I went there it was in the middle of the week and they have this really horrible guy who walks around and sings kareoke. if I were you, i'd make sure he isn't there on Thursday nights first.food is excellent though.

I've never been so I guess I can't help much. Are you planning on having just a small handful of guests? If its 20+ Id recommend just getting a private room. More privacy means better conversation and you'll have a chance to hear everthing thats goin on, not just your corner

I know! He's horrible! He comes up to your table and won't leave...all we wanted to do was eat our pork sauce!! (which is the best, imo)

He was a huge Sinatra fan and now I'm scarred for life by Sinatra. The restaurant has great food but I'd suggest you go someplace a bit quieter where you can have your own room. Welcome New Vendors
