Re: is considering....
Nov and Dec are cheaper.... if you push it to 2012 definitely Jan and Feb.
You have to do what you think it best for you and FH. You don't want to have to go through med school worrying about how you are going to pay for the wedding - you're just going to make yourself nuts. I think the idea of pushing it to later in the idea would be a good idea for you.

Re: is considering....
april - sept are considered peak months, anything outside of that usually is cheaper.

I assumed that November would be cheaper, but you have to watch out because since we are at the very beginning of the month(Nov. 4th), they do not really consider that 'off peak' yet. Either way, we got a great deal.
Always negotiate! Good luck!

From what I've been told Nov and Dec are off peak, but it also depends what RH you talk to. I know for a fact that there is a $30 difference with Majestic Gardens prices from Oct. to Nov..

Re: is considering....
I would say no but I though November was off peak and wach hall had different 'peak and of peak' months. Ask your RH hall or the ones you are looking at

It actually depends on the RH, but peak is generally April through October.

Re: is considering....
You may want to consider getting married on a holiday such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July etc. My son and DIL did Labor Day (Monday) and they got an excellent deal from Russo's. Give it a thought.

In general Nov(somtiems Oct) - March is not high season. But I also found that the peak seasons sometimes depend on the hall your looking into. For instance I noticed that if it had really pretty outdoor grounds then the winter months are definitely cheaper. But if the outdoor section is non existent then the summer months may be cheaper because they don't get that much business. At least that's what I got at a few places I called.
