Overall, you're pretty happy with the genes you've been dealt, but no one ever said nature can't be improved upon. You could lighten up on yourself a bit and stop comparing yourself to others so much -- and lose the self-consciousness. You'd be surprised to learn how many people are worrying about their own tummy bulge and not looking at yours. If you do seek 'enhancement,' it sounds like you have realistic expectations of what it can -- and can't -- do for you. You're dealing with the effects of aging and the body issues we all face, but if cosmetic surgery seems a bit drastic, try our Makeover-o-Matic for a less severe change.

Cosmetic Surgery? Not for You!
Good for you! You've got a super-healthy self-image, so it doesn't look as if you'll be visiting a plastic surgeon any time soon. It's time for you to have some fun with your look: play with different makeup styles or find a new hairdo, for instance.
And though it's great that you're so happy with yourself, that doesn't mean other people couldn't benefit from a little help. Your own satisfaction with what nature gave you may cause you to be a little judgmental when those less content than you seek help. Rein in those 'I wouldn't be caught dead' impulses and share how you keep young and beautiful with your Substance sisters!
