I was thinking of doing an outdoor ceremony during the day. I have a designer friend who wants to create a canopy of fall foliage for me in a beautiful outdoor sertting. Two things I need advice on...
A) location of such... reception is at East Wind in the pm and I'm in Nassau so I would like to be between where I live and East Wind. And do you think it is too cold out in early Nov.
B) I wanted to do a butterfly release. Any one know anything about that and more importantly, does anyone have any experience with the butterflies.
Thank you all in advance.

November? I think its hit or miss. You never know. If you decide to do it I know East Wind can do an outdoor ceremony and its only a little bit more.

Hey anniversary twin! I think it may be a little too cold to do outdoors - 11/5/04 was a 75 degree day (I am praying for the same this year) but I think too much hinges on doing something outside
I don't remember it being 75 degrees, but I remember it being comfortable. It definitely wasn't freezing.
I got married on 11/7/04 and I think it probably was 75 degrees that day! My dress was practically backless and I didn't wear a wrap at all - all afternoon - because it was so warm and not windy at all.
It definitely can go either way. One of the halls I was looking at said that they do the CH outdoors for the room I was considering, but for the first week of November, it could be indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather, each year it is different.
