I am home in bed with the laptop watching TLC. I think I should go make my breakfast before a wedding story begins. I want to watch it uniterrupted. My hubby had to go to work, when he kissed me when he was leaving he looked so sad that I was in bed and he was leaving Poor baby

You ask me about those darn fiji apples everytime!!

I never ate a fiji apple.. and i am not sure how well the cook. and how they will mix with the powder (the reason to use granny smith is because they are the apples that cook the best)
but my advise would be to get to fijis, and a little powder and a little butter and a little csugar and make a mini one first to taste it...

Shamma - go ahead and use the Fiji... they are delicious apples - nice & crispy... they are almost the same as the greens (w/o the tartness).
