Is everyone busy scrapbooking?

It's been so quite today & tonight - I've been trying to work on various photos and elements for my scrapbook for the contest and needed a break.

I must confess I had a heart stopping moment when I peeked in at work today and clicked on what I thought was the scrapbook contest topic and saw post after post saying they'd mailed theirs out. I thought everyone was mailing their scrapbooks.

I was much releived to see that I'd clicked on the recipe swap topic and everyone was mailing their recipes!

Yup! So far I have about 6 pages done but I need to do titles. I've been trying to get things done when I get home at night but FH is getting annoyed that I'm not hanging out with him.

I think that my heart would have skipped a few beats too if I thought I was behind and everyone else was mailing theirs out. Don't worry - seems like everyone is still working.

I've been making notes on layout ideas, and using this as an excuse to shop for supplies I haven't started actually doing any pages yet

I'm hoping it will fall together fast. I know exactly what you mean about having difficulty splitting time between DH and this project, not to mention household chores!

I just finished my recipe cards...since I needed to get those in first...

I have four more pages to go...

I've been scrapping for a little over a year and you'd think with all that time accumulating stuff I'd have enough - but NO! I'm with you - I make notes on ideas and then along with that a list of things I need. And don't even let me get started about new stuff - if something comes out I have to have it and 99% of the time I have no idea what I'm going to do with it!
