Not sure if I should buy a purse for the day of.

Yup, I will. I haven't bought it yet, but I will want to keep a few things by my side throughout the day like lipstick, powder, things like that. I never carry purses though, so I know it will drive me crazy, but it wil be good to have it.

I purchased one off of Ebay, just to carry lipstick, mints etc.

I wasn't going to. Do you think we really need it? I was just planning on keeping everything in my Emergency Kit in the Bridal Suite.

I had a small one for lipstick, mints, etc. It was not a pain to carry it. Once we were in the reception room, I just put it under the table.

so bad...but I bought one and returned it after the wedding b/c I never wear white purses.

i will definetly have one. i'm using my sisters from her wedding as my something borrowed.

I'm not using one...I'm just going to leave everything in the bridal suite or i might have my MOH carry power and lipstick for me in her purse.

If anyone is looking I saw the cutest ones in Nordstrom this past weekend. They are satin roses all over a soft bag. Kind of hard to describe...looks almost like a bo-K hanging from a string...it was only $42. It came in white and ivory. I almost bought it...but FH talked me out of it because our wedding is over a year away. :(

I have a purse fetish...so it would be weird for me *not* having one on my wedding day! I plan on using an antique purse that my grandmother handed down to me...

my mom was cleaning out my grandmother's house after we moved her to the nursing home and she found my grandmother's wedding purse!!! i can't believe it!!!! mom is getting it cleaned and i'm going to use that.

I didn't purchase one b/c everyone kept telling me thats what my bridesmaids and moh are for. So my bridal party had ALL my stuff. I had to keep calling them everytime I wanted something and it got to be annoying to me and them I believe.
