Is everyone planning to keep their Bouquet?

Hey I was just wondering if everyone is planning to throw a fake bouquet at the wedding? If so, what are you planning to do with the real one? Will you keep it and preserve it or give it to someone else? How much does a throw away boq cost?

I kept mine in a vase sprayed with hairspray. It's sits in my entertainment center along with our wedding pic.

I got a throw away bo-k and it cost something like $15.

Does hair spray really work to preserve the flowers?? I was planning on giving my flowers away, but now I'm thinking otherwise...

I am going to have it preserved. I am a flower freak and just think it will be so pretty hanging on the wall. I will use some of the wedding money. Here are pictures of two people from LIW who had theirs preserved. One company is Heller and Reid.

I think I will have it preserved in a display box. Not sure yet.

I am going to try to keep it on my own because the professional preserving is a bit too expensive for me even though it soooo looks worth every penny. I will hang it upside down and when I come back from my HM hopefully it will still look nice.

Most florists will give you a throwaway bouquet so you can keep yours. i don't know yet what i'm going to do. Does anyone know about how much it costs to preserve them professionally?

My florist is giving me the throw away for free I think.

I am thinking of pressing a few of my flowers into books before I leave for my HM and doing something with them when I come back. Maybe frame them...

I'm not throwing my 'throw away' but presenting it to FH's grandmother.
I didn't know you could preserve your bouquet. I'm going to look into that now!!

I wanted to have the throw away b--k somehow attached or inserted in my b--k. That way the throw away will be a part of the ceremony, and it will hold true with tradition. Then I can still keep my b--k and preserve it. Now the question is, how can this be done Not quite sure yet!!

I would like to preserve my bo-k (the florist is giving me a toss bo-k), but I don't think I cand afford it. We will see.

I'm not throwing one at all so I'm going to try to dryout my real bouquet and keep that.

I am preserving my bouquet after the wedding, when shopping for flowers many florists are willing to include a throw away bouquet at no charge
