haggle with the prices on some of these photo/video/limo prices?
some of these prices seem steep but is it ok to try to lower them??

Haggle away! I'm not that good at it...although I did it for the hall. But with the photo...I didn't really think I needed to haggle. The prices were 'reasonable'.
