Is it bad to hire a taxi van instead of the shuttle?
It's so much cheaper. Personally, I think they shoudl be thankful for anything... nobody ever provided a service for me!

I don't think so, most people will be thankful there was some transportation provided. But you know there will always be one person who complains.

Thats what we ended up with, it was sooo much cheaper and not a single person complained

What's the price difference should we decide to provide a shuttle?
Well the 30 person shuttles are around $800
I can get two 15 person vans for $100 each way... so it's about half.

I say go from the 2 15 person vans. Good way to save those $$$.

I found a 45 person bus for $400.
Depends on how far you are shuttling...
