Is it hard to rent a 3-bedroom house?

I rarely see them being advertised unless they are ALL the way out East!!!!

yeah, b/c once you get one, you don't give it up unless you BUY one. Ours is technically 3, but they removed a door and called it a 2 BR witha dining room...maybe venture to some of the 2 BRs and see if this is the case?

I know the Heatherwoods rent 3 bedroom apartments - we have that choice in our complex, but we didn't take it.

You should try Long Beach - if it is an option for you.
My FH owns a 2 family house in LB & each apt in 3 bedrooms - 1 & 1/2 baths
It is a beautiful house and you are right near the beach

Alot of 2 family houses in LB have 3 bedrooms.

hey im from long beach..rent is very overpriced and with lil ones theres never any parking..just something to keep in mind..also, they get packed in in the summertime, and ya cant get anywhere in the winter...
im actually renting a 3 bdrm house in lindenhurst right now, not exactly where i wanted to be, cause im used to nassau, but im on the canal and my house is awesome!! lindenhurst has many options...check craigslist!!
