is it every time a person asks me my wedding date I feel I have to justify why I am waiting until 2006! I mean , honestly I just want to have my pick of vendors so I chose to wait but its so annoying when people are like:
'oh so he wants to wait huh?'
'oh you have plenty of time to get out of it'

I hate it! I wanted 2006 because I've always wanted to be married when I was 26. For me, if I was younger than that, I would feel too young. I'll only be 26 by a month, but it was important.

dont worry i have to deal with the same thing and im sure we are not the only ones. i hate when people do that. sometimes i feel like telling them well if you are willing to pay for our wedding we would gladly get married when it seems right and is more convient for you.!!!!!!!!! like we dont have enough things to worry about beside people saying stuff about the date the you picked.

very annoying...Now I whenever someone says it, I say , it is only 13 months away! I have come to the conclusion that I don't let those people get under my skin....I don't have to justify anything to no one!

Hey, atleast you are getting married in 2006, I am waiting until 2007. It feels so far away:( Atleast it gives me time to finish school and save money:) Dont let their stupid comments bother you.

Doesn't it *P* you off? In MY case, they wanted to know why we were getting married so quickly! (Engaged 8/1/04, set a date of 5/21/05.
