when it's too late in the day to get it fixed, and just in time to ruin someone's entire weekend????

I work for an insurance company and the car dealer people always call about 5 minutes till 5 and they want everything last minute! That makes me so angry. ARRGHH!

That ALWAYS happens!!
I try to get all my stuff wrapped up around 5:30 but it NEVER works!! Im still here at 6, finishing up. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
