is it normal that my wedding day is

and they still havent called that my dress is in?

i've called them because at first they said late july/early august when i ordered so i called around july 25th and it wasnt in. i called again around august 5th and they said its scheduled to ship from the manufacturer to the bridal shop on august 10th and they would call me first thing. well its now 3pm on the 10th and i havent heard from them. should i call again? i feel like a PITA but i'm getting anxious to do my fittings especially since im moving and wont even be living in NY the month before the wedding!

ok so i just called again and this time i got the name of who i was speaking to (cant beleive i didnt last time that was so dumb of me!) and she said that according to the paperwork it was shipped from the designer today and should be at the store either friday or monday and they will call me that day to let me know its there. i must of stressed to her 3 or 4 times that im moving and wont be in NY 3 weeks before the wedding that the fittings need to be done ASAP so hopefully it all works out. its just making me nervous, i ordered in January this is a little crazy!

I'd call...that is so annoying

My dress was in at the beginning of April for June 25 because I was living out of town. I couldn't cut it close....plus we had to get 3 fittings in

Definitely call - and don't worry about being a PITA. They made you a promise and are not living up to it - they should be calling you apologizing and giving you info on when to expect YOUR WEDDING DRESS!!!! (Its not like your waiting for a sweater from the JCrew catalog)

I just got the call a few days ago. But I would still call and ask.
