it is your wedding ~ personalizing it the way you want is what will make your wedding unique and represents you and your FH ~ I say gooooo for it! ![]()

the only reason they have the moh tradition is because it's easier for ppl who announcing you or lining you up to know who should standing next to you...
the moh is the one who's physically closest to you in pictures and in the entire wedding so it just helps ppl who need to know this like your dj, photographer and maitre d'...
with that said, i would say you can do whatever you want but prepare to do alot of explaining to ppl who don't understand the concept...
if you dont want to hurt feelings, you can also name them all bridesmaids and as your wedding progress and you find out which of your 3 favored girls helps you the most, you name her MOH. ;)

I am doing just that! I have one Matron of Honor and two maids of honor and three bridesmaids. My MOH is my sister in law and my 2 maids of honor are my 2 best girlfriends. I wanted them all to feel extra special!
