I struggled with the same problem. I have three sisters who are married. Originally, I wanted all three of them as my matrons however when I sat down and thought about it only one lives here and she would be do everything with me. Also, I spoke with so many people who told me just to have one. So i ended up picking one. In the end, people got hurt and it caused more of a big deal then it should have been. So my advice, do what you want and not what others tell you. I learned my lesson the hard way. Remember it's your day! GOOD LUCK!

OMG!!! you guys give the best advice ....everytime i tell my mom that i want these 3 people to be moh's...she like why do you want so many people......to me it's just a really hard decision when you listen to what other people say....I am just going to do what i want...and screw what everyone else says....

Heck, I am! I'm having 1 matron of honor, and 3 Maids of Honor! (you read it right).

My Matron of honor took me in when I had nowhere to go, and 2 of my Maids of honor, I've been close with since Jr. High. My 3rd maid of honor is the reason that I'm with FH! (She litterally forced me to like him, LOL!)

There was NO WAY I could choose between them.

It's your day, do what makes you happy!! I have heard of girls with a brother and no sisters or with a very close guy friend making him be her Man of Honor, I think it's sweet!

I have the same problem...I have 3 sisters (none married), 2 very best friends and 1 FSIL. I had no idea who I would ask to be my MOH but then decided why have 1 when I can have 6?? Each of them can help with different things and have different duties. Of course people said, you can't do that you only need 1 MOH but it's my day and I will do it how I want!
