We put the cards to Bed Bath and Beyond in some of our invites, I felt funny putting them in the envelopes. My family asked when they called to RSVP, and everyone else either found it, or gave us money

I did it for my engagement party and no one thought it was tacky or out of line. No one in my family or FH would have came without a gift anyway and at least with the registry, they knew what to get.....

Furthermore, Im glad I did it because we got so much stuff. I mean b/t that and the bridal shower, I should be all set...JMO though
