Is it sad.......

That I just read that the stomach flu is going around and the first thought that popped into my head was 'I wish I could get that so I could miss work' - I need a vacation!

I had it last week, DH had it this week and was home 3 days. Normally I would say yeah, anyting that keeps you home is good! But this, this was bad.....lets just say it was not a fun way to spend your first 2 weeks married - at least we were ok for the HM!!!!

Does Memorial Day count? I am taking a half day next week cause I am at the brink of insanity here - practically everyone in the office has been out the last three days so I have been doing everything

Memorial doesn't count - sounds like they owe you a day off this month or next. That and a few chai lattes.
