is it to early to.......................

my fh has vacation in april
and since we are saving for the wedding we are not going to go on vacation (maybe a weekend thing but who knows) anyway
it is to early to look/get INVITIAIONS,LIMOS FAVORS.

Only because his work sche. is so crazy and he is never off the same time i am . so i figured that this is his only vacation he gets for this year lets do the other things now together now that we can

I don't think it's too early. I am planning a may 2007 wedding and I will probably be booking within this year(not everything, but some of the basic-limo, hall ect)

yeah only because for us to do anything at the same time i would have to take off from work when he is off and i really can not do that all the time..

I think it is not to early to look at any of those thinks,but it is to early to get favors and invitations. You are not suppose to get those till you get to about 3 to 6 months before your wedding. I think you can book a limo if you want, I see that as no big deal.

I understand totally, that's why I'm starting now(he works in retail and I don't so it's a bit of a mess).

Thank you! I have booked the church and I am starting looking at the halls. I've been to East Wind and that's about all. I do have ideas about the other vendors I want but I have not met with them yet. I think I will once I book the hall.

Definitely start looking and if you find a limo place with a great price, book it, its not too early. As for invitations and favors, you could go to different places and look and see whats out there, but you may not want to order them this early. You will probably change your mind a thousand times on favors and invites because there is just soo much to choose from. But if you are in a store and you see a favor you really like at a great price, go for it. They 'll be fine store away til next year. The only thing I would wait on is ordering invites, you never know if a time may change or anything and you don't want to spend the money and then have to pay for more if something were to change. it maybe to early to GET the invites & favors
i can just look at that stuff for now
and if i still like them later on i will get them
i still dont know EXACTLY how many people im having

never too early! i planned my favors a year ago, started looking at invites, etc...and i am so glad i did. now that its getting close i have so much other stuffto do i'm gald the big stuff is done

I'm looking at the invites are there are sooooo many of them!! Luckily I've narrowed it down to about 10

I think its a great idea to start looking for all of your major vendors now if you haven't already. We had almost a 2 1/2 year engagement and we booked kind of early and am so happy that we did. First, you get it done with and second, you can save a lot of money by getting that years prices for a later date wedding. As far as invites and favors, you definitely have time but hey, if you see some you like and want, go for it
