Is it to early to book a dj and flowers? I'm on a budget does anyone have great quotes for a dj or flowers?

i booked all of my vendors more than a year in advance and most of them two years in advance - it is never too early and you get better prices that way!!

No its not too early at all...Many 08 brides have already booked or are currently looking now...You're better off doing it now then going somewhere later and telling you they dont have your date

I agree start looking! I've booked everything except flowers and DJ (DJ should be booked by the end of the month).

Crashing here.
I booked all of my vendors over a year in advanced. Its definately not too early. Try Burtons for flowers -- they have GREAT prices and will work with any budget.

We just booked our DJ. There were about 3,200 and I am doing photographers next. It is good to book early cuase you will have that much more time to save and pay it off.

I booked my DJ, because I knew exactly who I wanted and I didn't wait my date to get booked. That is the only thing I have booked aside from my FH.
As far as it being too early, in general, I don't think it is, but for me personally I feel like I would rather space it out, I feel like I might change my mind a bit as the date gets closer, styles change, etc.

I'm getting married the same month and I already booked my photo and video. I'm currently looking for a DJ and I met a lot of florists at a bridal show so I guess I'm doing both at the same time!

I have booked everything except limos and florist. were going this weekend to look at limos and florist is next on the list. it's never to early.

I am an October 08 bride too and I have booked everything except my make-up artist/ hairstylist, DOC and honeymoon. October is really popular, it is becoming the new June. I went to a photographer a few weeks ago an he was already booked for my date.
