I am getting married Feb 15,2003.

Don;t quote me on this b/c rules vary depending on sate or something but I think you have to get it within 30 dys.....

I dont know for sure either, but I thought your marriage liscense was good for 3 months.

The marriage license is valid for 60 days before the wedding.

I think you have to get it at least 24 hours before and it's good for 60 days.

I agree with what oneday said -- You can also check out any of the Town websites for specifics on office hours and the documentation that you need...

oneday has it right - for NYS you can't go sooner than 60 days.

YOU have 60days till your wedding to get the license. Susans, if your wedding is Jan. 25, you can go now. Just don't wait 24hrs. before the wedding. It won't be good.
