I am CRAZY! I just decided to change my centerpieces...so now I have 16 of these med height cyllinder vases and 32 lbs of beach glass that I am not going to use...I also decided to change florists, I just am not comfortable with the one I booked, so now I have no florist, and no centerpieces, and 146 days until the wedding...its too late is it?
Definitely not too late - I just booked my florist last month, and I am getting married in July. As for the extra stuff you have, you should try to sell it on ebay. I have always seemed to have good luck there.

Nah... If you are second guessing yourself - change it! You still have nearly 5 months!
No, it is not too late. I wish I had changed one of my vendors as I got closer to my wedding but I thought it was too late so I didn't-I wish I had. In looking back, there was definitely time. If you are having second thoughts, make the change-4 months is plenty of time.

you're fine with time. no worries! but if you're going to use another florist, I'd definately get moving on finding one. i'm using pedestals and think they are great.
absolutely not too late! You can change your flowers up to a few weeks before the wedding, with most florists.
