is it too late to ask someone to be a BM

With 2 mos to go, I feel bad I didnt ask my younger cousin to be in my bridal party. She is 17, and I initially didnt want to have her, only because I would have felt bad about FH's nieces who are the same age, and wasnt having them in the BP. But now I dont care, and I really want to ask her.. is it too late???

I want to pay for her dress, but I am worried it wont be in on time. Even rush orders say 4-6 weeks. Did anyone order a last minute bridesmaid dress ? Its a Bill levkoff, are they quick about rush orders? if so, where did you order it from?

Thanks for any input...

If you really want her to be in your party you should ask her. But I would check to see if the dress can be order and if not maybe you can have her as a reader, or you can always find a similar dress and have her wear it.

find out about the dress first, and then ask her. I added someone late (just before it would be a rush charge on the dress) and i am 100% happy that i did.

i agree with the other girls. Find out about the dress and then ask her. If you can't get the dress i would def. let her do something special that day like do a reading.. or help you in another way!

NOOOOOO i was asked to be a Bm with 1 months notice and I asked the same person to be in mine with 3 months notice. if you want her in your BP then ask her. Its so important that you have those people that mean so much to you up there with you. (in my opinion) I think she will be so happy that you asked her

Check on the dress first. If they say they can get it in, then I'd ask her. You could always have her as a junior bridesmaid and get her a slightly different dress at like a david's bridal where they already have certain sizes in stock.
