i think that age is completely fine. if you love the kids and want them to be a part of your day, and you dont mind them taking their time to get down, and having people say 'oh my gosh he/she is so cute' then i wouldnt worry about it. if you are afraid and dont want them to 'make a scene' then maybe you should reconsider. age is just a number.

I dont mind the hes so cute shes so cute or taking a long time to get down.. my concern is what i saw at a wedding last year... SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER, THROWING HERSELF ON THE FLOOR, YELLING I WANT HOME HOME HOME!!! It was a nightmare. I LOVE KIDS MORE THAN ANYONE BUT. there is a time and a place.. this 'scene' is now on the video, and all anyone remembers about the ceremony.. im just nervous for that

I may have the 10yr old sibling of the ring boy walk with them bec my ceremony is right next too a pool and i dont know if im being paranoid but i dont want anyone falling in lol

You know them better than us. Do you they will be able to handle it?
Is there an older sibling or cousin that can go with them, just in case? Or at least sit in an aisle seat and be ready?

Re: Is it too Young????? Help
i love kids so i totally dont care if they dont make it all the way down. but i can so see my ringboy getting all happy seeing his mom in the front row that he will gigile and start running LOL and fall! lol this is what i worry about.

They may not be able to independently walk down the aisle so maybe someone can walk with them down...but if they are able to walk then include them! Just be prepared that with all young kids they are unpredictable and may not 'perform' like you want them to..LOL

Thanks so much ladies, Im going to stop having a heart attack about this lol. Next year ill see how 'mature' they are and maybe let them walk down together, worst case --they walk down with the ring boys brother.

My flower girl will have just turned two yrs old. She's walking in w/ her brother who'll be four at the time.
I've been to a few weddings where the flower girl or pillow boy was under 4. You obviously can't guarantee that they will walk down the aisle the exact way they are instructed. But, if that doesn't bother you, then I wouldn't go crazy over it.
