Is it unreasonable to have a no p e n i s rule....

for my bachelorette party...

i am all for being surprised and my bm's doing what they want but i am really tripping about the thought of them even entertaining the thought of p e n i s straws or light up necklaces...i just think it's gross...

it's just not my thing...will i come off as too controlling....

That's not me at all either, and I made my opinion known, and my bridal party was grateful for my input and they know what to do now, I'm letting them plan it, but I just said what I didn't want, that's not controlling at all, it'll mean more if you tell them what you do and don't want that way you'll be happy that night.....good luck

Honey... you can do or say whatever you like! I swear if my girls DARE dress me in penis attire- I will not go out! They know better! My girls know me and yours know you I am sure... be controlling or dont- its your night!!

PS i do not think its controlling at all!!

and no, i don't think it's unreasonable. i think it's okay to ask for what you want w/ the bach party--more so at least than the shower.

NO, I think me and all my BM's have the same rule. To me, wearing a penis around is almost worse than the guys going to a strip bar . . . because it makes you look kind of 'seedy' wearing that around and I'm not quite sure what the message is supposed to be. I want to dress up and look good, and a penis necklace doesn't really match most of my outfits . . . . (notice I said 'most' of my outfits, )

I don't even think anyone would get that for me....but you can def say you don't want it-it's your party!
I was thinking of asking for a passion party.
The problem is that I have my 15 y/o sister and 16 year old cousins. So I may have to do separate parties.
