Is it wrong...

that I listen to my wedding song over and over again? The other day FH yelled at me because I put the CD player on repeat for that one song - after the sixth time he was going crazy.

is it similar to Heaven by Bryan Adams - thats one of the songs I am considering for the first dance?

It is the exact song except it's a female voice and a little more...what's the word...I guess updated. It's slow and in my opinion very elegant. He also did a clubby re-mix of the same exact song - so I listen to both versions over and over. But the Candlelight Mix is for the first dance.

not only do i cry during that song but every slow song i want played, and ESPECIALLY the song with my dad....

OMG I love that song-that was the song we danced to at our e-party, but we danced to the original (by Westlife)

I am thinking of dancing to it at the wedding as our spotlight dance.

we dont have a song, so I have been listening to a lot of songs to come up with one that has a meaning, so I just end up crying to all of them

I only play our song when FH isn't around so he won't get sick of it by the wedding. But I have played several million other meaningful and corny songs.... He's threatening only dance music and no sappy songs if I keep it up.

I love your avatar too.. I'm going to play the song from Tarzan at our wedding, you'll be in my heart..Our first dance/wedding song is actually a kinda disney song. It's called Promise. They play it every night at the closing of Epcot (our favorite park). So it has soo many meanings to it and it's a beautiful song. We listened to it soo many times already and FH has a copy of it in his cd changer in his car!!

Where did you get a copy of this song? It is on a cd or a website? Epcot has special meaning to us - we said I love for the first time after watching the fireworks!!! I would love to hear it!!

Ok here are the words.. It was on the millenium CD soundtrack, when they had the parade. We were able to download it from a not so respectable source But I've seen the original CD on amazon for like $25.00. The singer is Kellie Coffey and she has an amazing voice. I cry every time I hear the darn song!!
