I'd say go for it, it certainly couldn't hurt .. At my old job we used to do it ALL the time (I know -- we were BAD -- but honestly that place was nuts and we really just needed to sometimes)

We used to do it a lot at my old job. The place I am at now though is much more stuffy... so I don't think anyone would be able to get away with it.... though I am tempted all the time.
