Is Lake Hills a part of Ronkonkoma or its own neighborhood?

A realtor left a message for us about a house in 'Lake Hills'.

I'm from Sayville, and I never heard of Lake Hills before.

Is this a realtor's name for a fake neighborhood?

(They do that in the city all the time, they add Heights or Terrace to something to make it sound like it's something it isn't).

THANKS LADIES!

we live in Lake hills- It's growing on me... There is a mix of old home and new homes -- big and small houses... But the nice thing is every house is unique in its own way. There are some ' crappy ' houses -- like in any development -- but for the most part every one seems to be fixing up their house. The people on my street are very nice ! We all get together all of the time. It is very hilly -- and the streets are very narrow.. But it is quiet and
secluded. The LIE is near -- but you cant see it ...
Good Luck -- Hope this helps .. Feel free to ask me any questions.
