Is November too cold for outdoor photos??

Due to rain, we needed to reschedule our 'Trash the Dress' shoot. The only available weekend for us right now isn't until the first weekend in November.

Do you think it'll be too cold to do outdoor shots in Times Square with a strapless gown?

i don't think it should be too cold then. My cousin was in a November wedding 2 years ago, and they took their photos in argyle park in Babylon. She said it wasn't too bad.

It'll definitely be cold, but people still do outdoor photos in January/February. It's a personal preference. I couldn't do it because I would just have a cold, p!ssed off look on my face in every photo.

i certainly hope not bc our wedding is scheduled for the end of november! i'll probably have a bolero or something that day to keep me semi-warm. my dress has speghetti straps!

It's crazy I'm even considering this b/c I am so not good with the cold. But I suppose I'll just have to deal with it - it's only for a couple hours (and hopefully my hubby will be able to keep me warm - it can be sub-zero and his hands will still be warm!!)

I was in a bridal party last November. It was chilly and uncomfortable.... But do-able.

I'm so nerdy I checked the Farmers Almanac. The avg. temp the first week of November is between 55 and 45 degrees. It's chilly, but you'll be fine.

I think you will be fine.

Lots of people get married in the winter in strapless dresses.
If they can do it, so can you.

Time square sounds like a perfect location for TTD

It may possibly be cold. My Birthday is the first weekend in November, and I'm used to less than pleasant weather! However, you can pull it off! My stepsister took pictures in January with snow outside for her wedding!

I am hoping for weather like Nov. of last year, which was absolutely gorgeous. My engagement pics were done last Nov. and it felt like Spring all day - no jackets and lovely sunshine. I hope this year follows suit .
