Is there a cute way to tell my bridesmaids that I am going to pay for their hair and make-up? I have seen cute ways to ask them to be a bridesmaid but any cute ideas for this? thanks!

that's a really nice thing to do for your BMs!!!
Hmmm maybe make up personalized coupons for 'day of makeup' and 'day of hair' for free and you could say 'sponsored by the future Mrs X' and 'expires [date of wedding]'. Give out the coupons at the rehearsal dinner.
That's the best I can do at 3pm on a Monday. :) HTH!

As part of my bm's gift I paid for their makeup, so when I gave them their gifts at the RD I included a printed out paper that said:
Thank you for sharing my special day I wanted to show my thanks in a big way Even though I think you're already very pretty Your makeup will be done compliments of me
