Is there a beachy area for e-pics on the Nautical Mile in Freeport?

Is there a beachy area for e-pics on the Nautical Mile in Freeport?

I'm thinking some of you might know this better than I would, since I've only been to the Nautical Mile a few times. FH proposed to me there last year, on this long dock next to some cafe (I can't remember the name)......we were going to go and take our e-pics on 5/31 at Planting Fields in Oyster Bay......but the thought just came to me that we could go and take pics on the Nautical Mile since that is where he actually proposed, I'm just wondering if there will be enough of a variety of shots, particularly if there's a beachy area where we can take some pics. Any info is appreciated!! Your BOTW thanks you!! it's so funny to say BOTW!

There is no beachy area, just a pier at the end of the mile which would be nice but not for a lot of pics. I would try somewhere else. HTH

thank you!!! that's all I really needed to know, I'll probably just stick w/ my appt. at Planting Fields then....you just saved me the drive over to the Nautical Mile to scout it out! At least we got pics there the night he proposed!! thanks!!
