FH and I are going in 2 weeks to book and I'm trying to get my act together!!!! Any help would be 'helpful'!!!!

Here are the list of questions I brought with me.

-For me the cake was important bc I want to get my cake from somewhere else, and right before i booked my RH this girl on theknot had posted how she signed a contract and didnt realize you HAD to get the cake from them...Most RH's allow it but you never know

-vendor meals, how much you pay for house vendors and outside vendors to eat

-How long can you arrive before the wedding begins, and vendors to set up

-kids meal prices

-food tastings

-is there a place to take pics

-bridal changing room

-rules restricting alcohol and also candles(some places have policies about this)

-overtime charges

-liability insurance

-deposit and cancellation policy

-how many servers per table/ how many bartenders

-minimum for the room/table shape and dimensions of the dance floor

-is champagne included throughout the reception

-cake cutting charge for outside cake

-when is final menu picked

-is gratuity service charge taxed

-method of payment

They answered most of the questions before i can ask but keep a few things in mind

me too!!!!! When I went to each hall I took a new list with me and filled in all the answers and I can't tell you how many of the BM's were impressed with the organization...then i took their list of questions put it in the folder with their menus and info and still have the pile in my room...when they went over the menu i wrote right on it exactly what was being offered how many of what and any lil comments they may have made that weren't on there.....I was actually glad I did because when I went to book they had written something different on the contract than they told me...when I pointed it out they fixed it on the contract and i was so glad I wrote it down that first day we talked!!!!
