Is there a machine
where I can cut 1.25 x 2.125' rectangles?? I tried punches but they do not have the exact size.

it's like a sliding paper cutter
sort of like this
you'll have to make two or more cuts though - nothing that will cut the rectangle in that exact size

Love my sliding paper cutter!
I would put however many fit on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet and cut them longways on the cutter then shortways (if that makes sense?)

i have this...its so easy to work with because it has a ruler on both vertical and horizontal sides.

also get some extra blades b/c those things get dull FAST! but i agree that they are super easy to use.
